Layaway Agreement Information:
- Layaway agreements are non-refundable, if you change or cancel your agreement at any time, they are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, and are refunded in the form of store credit.
- Terms are generally 60 days, if you need an extension to 90 days, there is an extension fee due on request.
- Entering in a Layaway agreement institutes a service fee of $25, as well as a down payment of 20% of the entire balance, due upon acceptance of the agreement.
- Payments are made only through Cashapp, Zelle, or a bank deposit to our Wells Fargo account.
- There is no interest or late fees accrued. The overdue payment will be added onto your next payment โ If for some reason, we receive no response from you and/or no next payment within 14 days of our reminder of payment, we are subject to hold all monies paid regarding your agreement and closing your Layaway as a breach of agreement.
- Items on sale will have the sale price honored if the layaway order was placed during the active sale dates.
- Layaway orders do not qualify for the cart level discounts.
- Your cart has to be a minimum of $250, if it is under โ we do have other financing options available that offers a lower cart total.ย
