If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to submit a return request, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you ordered through Amazon, E-bay, or Walmart, please contact them first within the 30-day return policy. This could change during the holidays, per their policy.

We are always willing to work with you, however, we require you to follow the proper channels of where the item was ordered.

We respond to every submission, so be sure to check your Spam filters for any missed emails from Big Jeff if you are expecting a response.


Please be sure to contact us before sending back any returns! This is important for documentation of your purchase.

If returns are not sent with a return authorization number provided by Big Jeff, your return might be lost and/or sent back.


RETURNS FOR BIG JEFF ONLINE WEBSITE

We accept returns within 14 days of Delivery

Product must be Complete, Unopened, and in New Conditionotherwise Big Jeff Audio will refuse the return and/or charge a 20% restocking fee.

If you purchased a combo or bundle at a discount and want to return it, you must return everything in the combo to get a full credit. If you want to return a single item from the combo or bundle there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Replace or Credit If we have item in stock at time of return then we can swap it out. If we do not have it in stock then we will give you store credit minus any missing parts boxes, wire ETC. You will be responsible for shipping back to you.


Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee include:

  • ANY physical markings that may indicate Installation or Use: Scratches, Screw Holes, ETC.
  • Tags, stickers, and other manufacturer labels removed or tampered with
  • Item is missing parts or the original product packaging is damaged/tampered with
  • Returned item has a different serial number than the item Big Jeff Audio shipped
  • Physical damage due to mishandling: Water Damage, Dropped Speakers, ETC.
  • Returns shipped with improper packaging which could result in damage in-transit, will not be accepted
  • Must be received in the same condition as it arrived to you
  • Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures and speaker boxes
FINANCE ORDERS

All orders purchased through a FINANCING INSTITUTION (i.e., Snap, Affirm, ETC..) are final, no refunds will be issues. You may return your financed item for store credit only (you will still be responsible for the full amount of your contracted loan). WARRANTY/REPLACEMENT

Most products are covered under a One-year manufacturer warranty, an extended warranty can be purchased at the time of purchase on Big Jeff website and or at Big Jeff locations.

Big Jeff will handle warranties within the first 90 days, beyond that you will need to go directly to the manufacturer. 1 to 90 days: you will be issued an in-store credit or replacement; If we have item in stock at the time of the return we can swap it out; If we do not have the item in stock then we will issue a store credit minus any missing parts, boxes, wire, etc.

Store credit will be issued for original purchase price only. YOU will be responsible for shipping it to us and we will ship it back to you the first time on us. (For direct Big Jeff Customers)

**If we deem misuse because you are having to warranty the same product more than twice then we reserve the right to NOT warranty it anymore and you would have to go through the manufacturer.

After 90 days, Big Jeff can except return for store credit and can result in a processing fee and any missing items will also be deducted credit given.

  • Pro Audio that can be fixed with a replacement part (such as drivers and tweeters with replacement diaphragms) Ex. Diaphragm and or a Re-cone kit

  • Competition rated subwoofers (Generally 6,000+ Watts)
  • Blown, punctured or fried speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers
  • Clearance, open box and discontinued items (or as is no returns)

XS Power Cells

A leaking cell is a direct indicative of one of several external factors.

  1. Over torqued – the stud on the cell has been over-torqued, causing the connection at the stud to come undone internally. This is common as people get in a hurry and twist the studs installing the hardware.
  2. External heat – the cell has experienced severe under hood temps (or something close to it has become extremely hot causing the cell internals to boil).
  3. Pack imbalance – the cells in series have become imbalanced, which has caused one cell to accidentally overcharge or run dead repeatedly. A balancer usually fixes this.
  4. Overcharge – the cells have been overcharged, which then the vent cap will release (think of this as a relief valve from pressure building up inside the cell).
  5. Loose connection – the cell has a loose connection, which will build up a large amount of heat. If one cell has a loose connection and gets hot, it will vent. When unchecked, it will cause other cells in the pack to begin breaking as it causes the other cells to become overcharged.
  6. Incorrect transport / storage – this one is pretty simple. When a bank is assembled it puts a lot of stress on the end cells where all the wire connections are made. Picking them up by the ends or allowing a large amount of weight to hang from the cell will cause the inside of the cell to lacerate.
  7. Incorrect balancer assembly – an incorrectly installed balancer will cause cells to vent. In fact, faulty balancers are one of the leading causes of bank/pack failure.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Big Jeff Audio will cover the return shipping label only if the item is Defective on Arrival (DOA). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any damages to the product if an item comes back and is not DOA you will be charged the cost of return label.

Upon request we may provide a shipping label to the customer as a convenience and the cost will be deducted from their online and or in-store credit.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued as online and or in-store credit only. Credit will only be issued for what the original price of the item was. If your claim is found to be fraudulent your claim will not be processed, if items are found to be missing boxes, paperwork, parts, accessories that will be deducted from your credit.

Credit expires twelve (12) months after issue date.

MISSING A PACKAGE?

If you have not received your package, but the tracking information shows that it was delivered, please do the following within 36 hours of expected, stated delivery:

  • Verify the shipping address on the order is the address where you are looking for the package
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for the package, or see if a neighbor has accepted the delivery
  • Be sure to double check your mailbox and other usual spots for package delivery

If you think that your package has been stolen, we will require a police report since this is now theft.

Once we have a police report on file for the stolen package, we will reship your order.

If package is refused or marked undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier, you will need to pay the shipping cost in full to have the package sent back to you or we can refund the money minus the cost of shipping

Cancellation Exception: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a manufacturing delay or other issues beyond our control, Big Jeff Audio reserves the right to cancel or delay the release of the product. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and appropriate measures will be taken to address the situation.

Order Change Option: However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to explore alternatives and choose a different product that is currently available, we are happy to accommodate such requests. Please contact our customer support here to discuss the available options.
